11/30/12 - "Use it Tuesday" Challenge #44

2 posts in one day?!
Yes.

I am posting again because I want to enter the layout I shared in the previous post into the current "Use it Tuesday" Challenge but I didn't want them to have to read my other super long post if they didn't want to.
("Use it Tuesday" Team - if you're interested, here is the original post: Misting Mishap )

When I created this layout part of it's inspiration came from the "Use It Tuesday" challenge which was to use "uninked" stamps.
Both the date and title spots were created w/ stamps that I have had in my stash for a while:

The date stamp is approximately 2 years old and the "title" stamp is so old I can''t even give you a date, but I know it is at least 6 years old. Both have never been used before.

And in keeping w/ the theme of the "Use it Tuesday" blog, which is to use hoarded items, I also used the following hoarded items:
> Lily Bee adhesive buttons (approximately 2 years old)
> Inkadinkadoo black mist spray (approximately 2 years old)
> Cosmo Cricket Tiny Type Alphas (approximately 1 1/2 years old)
> Crate Paper Random Collection Stickers (approximately 1 year old)

11/30/12 - The Misting Mishap

As a scrapbooker I enjoy using the same basic techniques that I have grown accustomed to.
I have reached a comfort level that to me is not yet boring.
I like the familiar as it tends to make my scrapping go faster and I think I do a pretty good job of using those "comfortable techniques" in different ways as to not make all my layouts look the same.

But every once in a while I like changing it up a bit.
And just recently I did that.
I joined a challenge over at Scrapbook.com called the "Let's Share" challenge.
The basic premise was: you create a layout and share why you love it. One reason could be that you tried a new technique. Nothing too difficult...
Well, not until I get involved, LOL!
I decided this was the time for me to try a new technique.
I tried misting for the first time!
This is something I've seen alot lately and I just love the way it looks!
So I dug out a bottle of mist (is that even the proper term for it?) that I've had for over 2 years and never used.
I was scared at first as I started misting my page...
shaky hands, reluctant trigger finger...
Finally the first spray came out.
Not to bad.
Then another.
Still okay.
In fact I was enjoying it.
I thought to myself "shoot this isn't so hard!"
I finished misting and then once it dried went to work on the other elements of my page.

I adhered my picture mats, my pics, my hand made scallops, my title & date spots as well as the actual title and a few brads. When I felt like I was finished I thought, "it looks good, but most of my misting is covered up...it needs more". (Famous last words?)

Okay, okay, I know what you're thinking... how could I even think about misting on my layout after everything was already adhered?! Believe me I thought the exact same thing! I even told myself "if you mess up, you could not only ruin the layout, but the pictures!"
But did I listen??? Nah!!! I was a pro now! I could totally do this...I just had to be careful.
And I was... very careful... so careful in fact that I didn't push down hard enough on the nozzle and so instead of the spray coming out it just kinda built up inside.  A few more careful pumps and still nothing...well except for more mist building up...
Finally I went for it...pressing hard on the nozzle, and this time something came out.
A whole LOT of something!
I got a big glob of mist in a big messy pool up in the top right hand corner.
It was not pretty!
Worse, I got a whole lot of mist on my pics, mostly the right hand pic.
I was devasted! I ran out of my scrap room screaming "No, no, nooooooooo!!!"
My husband, who was playing Wii at the time just looked at me w/ a "What's your problem?" look.

After taking a few deep breaths and successfully fighting back tears, I went back into the room to survey the damage.
For the most part I could save the layout.
I just needed a large embellie to place over the glob.
But my pic was ruined!
Luckily I knew I would be scrapping these pics and so I had ordered two copies: one to scrap and one to keep.
But I wasn't ready to mess w/ the layout again, so I hid it away to deal w/ it when I was able to look at it w/ fresh, less traumatic eyes.

The next day I took it out.
I adhered my new pic (I decided the other one didn't look too bad so I just left it) and covered up the glob w/ a giant scallop that matched my other, little scallops.  Lastly I added some adhseive "button" embellies to make it look like the design was intentional.

In the end, this is what I had:

Despite my mishap, I can't say it was a totally horrible experience.
In fact when I look back on it, I can now laugh.

I will try misting again.
After all, I have now learned what NOT to do!

11/27/12 - "Re-Do"ing Layouts

Do you re-do layouts?
Have you ever?

In the 14 +  years I've been scrapping I have only ever re-done one layout.

For the most part I am happy w/ my layouts and even if I'm not 100% happy, I usually like it enough that I can put it away w/out any second thoughts.
Sometimes, after time has passed,  I actually like the layout more! Almost like it just needed time to "marinate"...LOL!
So one "re-do" in over 14 years is pretty good I think!

Well, recently while I was cleaning and organizing my scrappy stuff and layouts I came across a layout that I didn't like...at all! And I thought maybe I would re-do it, but since that is not usual my style I filed it away and it just became a thought pushed to the back of my mind.

But then, as if the "scrappy gods" were talking to me, I stumbled across a "Do Overs" challenge at Scrapbook.com.  The whole point of the challenge was to pick a layout you created and "re-do" it.
Hmmm.... how did they know???

So back I went to that layout and I pulled it out and set it aside for when I had time.
I wasn't going to stress about it if I didn't.
I signed up for the challenge in the beginnning of November and I attempted here and there to do something w/ it but everytime I would look at the original it would kill my mojo! LOL!
3rd week in,  November still nothing! So I figured I would not be completing this challenge...
Then came Saturday, November 24th.  On that day I had a vision in my mind of what I wanted to do w/ my layout. And so as I sat on the floor of my living room watching TV with my lap board and supplies (not my usual way of scrapping), my creative juices flowed and my layout came to life!

Here is my original (YIKES!):

"Memories"

And my "Do Over":

"Handsome"

The original had a lot of unecessary journaling that took up half the page. I scrapped it in 2006 and I think back then I didn't know this thing called "negative space" and felt I had to fill up the layout! Not only is my new layout nicer overall, but I condensed the journaling to tell the main "story" w/ out losing the point.
Believe it or not I actually told the same basic story despite the big difference in journaling!

And yes, I used a lot of old product on here!
The newest items are 2 years old while everything else varies in years from 3 years all the way up to 10 years old!

I am so much happier w/ the new layout!  And although I will not make this the norm.  I won't feel so bad the next time I feel like I should re-do a layout.
I actually already have another in mind! LOL!

11/26/12 - Another Use for Your Paper Stash

Good Monday Morning!

How was your weekend?
Mine was great.
I had 4 days off and I spent much of that time relaxing, scrapping, and organizing pics.
I also bought a new couch: a large comfty sectional. Yay!
We've been neeeding new couches for years and Lazy Boy was having a great sale!
25% off plus 36 months no interest.
Since I always pay more than I need to when I make payments on purchases, I will have it paid off before the 36 months is over and have accumulated no interest while doing it!
Double yay!

Anyway.
That's not what this post is about.
This post is actually about my discovering a use for some of the papers I have had in my stash for years and will most likely not use for any projects.

As I said I was organzing my pictures.
I have all my photos organized digitally with a hard copy of each stashed in photo boxes.
I also have copies that I scrap.  So in reality I should have 3 copies of each of the pics I scrap:
>digital
>hard copy
>scrapped copy
I say "in reality" because I didn't start this system until recently, like 2 years ago.  So anything before that may or may not have 3 copies. That is something I hope eventually I can go back and take care of as time goes on and I discover what is missing, but I'm not going to stress too much about it.

I have been slacking on my hard copy organizing and decided to fix that last night. I had a batch of photos from Winkflash I had ordered and received but not yet stored.

I store my photos by month/year with little tabs in between to label each section.
Here is a picture of an already full box:

As I was organzing I ran out of the tabs. This is to be expected as I have a lot of pics!  But I was into the project and was afraid if I waited until I could buy more that I may not get back into it for a while.
So my solution?  Make my own!

I dug out a couple of pieces of 12 x12 papers I know I will never use (you can see they are not in the greatest of shape):

I then grabbed the tabs I already had and used them as a template, using a pencil to trace them onto the 12x12 papers:

As you can see I was able to fit 4 on each paper:

I then used my scissors to cut each one out - large ones for the straight lines and my small Cutter Bees for the curves and angles:

Finally I have this:

Thanks to this, I saved money and used up some more of my stash!
I had some scraps leftover that I may or may not use but even if I don't I still used a majority of the paper and that is better than tossing the whole thing!

11/23/12 - SIT Sketch #94

Happy After Thanksgiving Day!

Hope yours was memorable...
  in a good way! :0)

Just stopping in to let you know that Sketches in Thyme is up w/ a new sketch today.
Here is the sketch:

And here is my take on it:
"These Two"

As you can see I did a one pager.
I do not like scrapping 2 pagers.
In fact I think I have only completed one 2 pager in the over 14 years that I have been scrapping!
I think it has to do w/ my ADD.
I get bored easily so after completing 1 page, I really don't want to try to scrap another coordinating page... I need it to be completly different, which doesn't work w/ 2 pagers.
Also I turned the sketch on its side.
That's me, always have to be a rebel...LOL!

A little bit about the layout:
I bought the scalloped circle paper because I loved how pretty it looked on other people's layouts in the Scrapbook.com gallery.  But once I got it, I could't get it to work for me.  The white space of it was just too much! I am a total "Negative Space" kinda girl, but I think the fact that it was 'white' negative space threw me off! I am not very good at scrapping on a white BG!
(Add that to the list of things I'm "not good at").
I had the paper in my stash for a while and I was afraid it would become one of those items that gets lost in the stash for years! Which would have been a real shame, because I said, it looked great on other layouts.
So since the sketch called for a giant circle and it is a giant circle I challenged myself to use it.
A challenge w/in a challenge I guess you could say.
Finally when I was so frustrated that I was about to put it away and work on another layout, I had the idea to cut the circle in half and layer the two halves on top of each other in order to make the white space less 'white'.
Once I did that the rest of the layout basically came together in no time!

So how 'bout you?
Do you think you could create something fabulous using the sketch?
I bet you can!
And if you do and share it w/ us you just may win a prize!
Stop by the SIT blog: Sketch #94
and link your project for this sketch, or any other November sketch, by November 30th for a chance to win this 6x6 pad of Harvest Paper:
Good luck!

11/20/12 - A Cute Story/SB.Com

Good Morning Friends!
Just wanted to share a quick story w/ you:

As you know I am a member of Scrapbook.com.
I have been since 2005.
I have always appreciated the fact that being a member is free as well as the excellent customer service I have received from the team whenever I placed an order or otherwise needed their assistance or guidance.
Approximately once a month, SB.com offers free shipping.
And this month they offered it 2xs: their monthly freebie and then to those that follow/like them on Face Book .
Well, as great as that sounds...for some people it became an issue.
There was actually complaints!
The complaint was about the fact that there is a minimum purchase price required in order to recieve the free shipping.
It went on and on from there.
I defended scrapbook.com.
I mentioned that the site was free so if paying for shipping and or requiring a minimum purchase for free shipping means I continue to have free membership than I'm all for it.
Some other members backed me up as well.
Anyway in the midst of this back and forth, a SB.com Team Member stated that they have to require a $ minimum or they could wind up losing money as a result of the free shipping. She went on to equate it to buying a Snickers bar on Amazon and getting it shipped free.  In other words the shipping would cost more than the Snickers bar.
That got a chuckle and then we all kinda went on about our favorite candy bars, trying to diffuse what looked like could turn into an explosive situation.
I eventually made the joke:
"... for a limited time only, SB.com is sending a free Snickers bar for every order processed w/ the free shipping code...."

Well I got my order today and guess what I got:

(Sorry about the pictures being so dark. I took them really quickly before I ran off to work this morning)

Isn't that hilarious, not to mention very sweet of them?! (no pun intended)
It totally made my day!

11/19/12 - Weekend Highlights (and a Layout)

Good Morning!

So I noticed I didn't blog much last week.
This was unintentional yet somewhat intentional.
What I mean by that is that I didn't mean to NOT blog, but when I realized I wasn't blogging, I didn't go out of my way to remedy that.
The reason for this is as much as I like to talk about me and my family, which is a lot LOL, I don't want my followers to be bombarded by too much of "ME"...
Does that make sense?
'Yes', it is my blog...and 'yes', I can do whatever I want w/ it...but even I sometimes get tired of "ME"...hee, hee!

Okay well anyway, that explains my absence.
Hope you enjoyed the break ;0)

As for today I have a layout to share. One of the 4 layouts I mentioned last week that I couldn't share but I can share w/ you now. I created it for a challenge and since I posted it last Friday I can now share it here.
This was for the "Round Robin Challenge" over at SB.com.
I was #2 in the group of 4.
This is the layout I had to "lift": Marci's Layout

And here is my interpretation:

"First Day of School - Jr Yr"

I really had a lot of fun w/ this one!

I enjoyed using the Bazill Basics 4x6 journaling cards. As you can see I used them as embellies and as a place to anchor other embellies  instead of actually journaling on them. But I really like the look!
And lately I have been very much into clustering! Not only does it look good but it uses up those supplies a lot faster!

I still have one more layout from last week's mention that I can't share just yet...and I created another one yesterday, also for a DT challenge that I cannot share until the first week in December.  So...yes I've been scrapping, but I have no proof of this! LOL!

So as far as my weekend went, we went and picked out the family Christmas tree.
We go to a tree farm where we pick out the tree we want and pay for it and then it's reserved for us until we are ready to pick it up. When we are ready, we go back to the farm and the chop it down for us.  This is one of my husbands favorite things to do at Christmas.  I could care less what kinda tree we get, in fact I've been bugging him to get a fake one for years!  But my hubby says, "the kids need a real tree"...  I wonder how much of that is "he" needs a real tree, LOL!  He really gets into it! Do you know who Clark Griswold is?  From the National Lampoon's "Christmas Vacation" movie? Well, that's my husband! I swear they created the character after him.  I on the other hand am the "Grinch"! Hahahahahahahaha!  It's a wonder we've been married so long!

Okay it's picture time!!!!

Here's my favorite:

The pics of my hubby and me are extra special because he hates taking pictures!
You bet I'm going to be scrapbooking those ones!

11/13/12 - "Scraplift Challenge"

Good Monday/Tuesday Morning!

Uh-oh, it's one of those weeks again, when I am going to totally lose track of what day it actually is!
I have a hard enough time figuring out which day it is during the regular weeks, LOL!
Well, I work this Friday so it won't be as bad as the last time when I had Monday and Friday off!

I  just spent some time catching up on bloggy love.
Glad to see I'm not the only one who neglects their blog on the weekend (you know who you are)!!

I mentioned yesterday  that I created 4 layouts this weekend...
One I already shared: "Child's Play"
Two I cannot share just yet:
  • A DT Project and
  • A Challenge Project that I have not yet posted (I'll be posting it on Friday)

But I do have one I can share w/ you today!

This layout I created for a Challenge that I am hosting over at Scrapbook.com.
The challenge is called "Scraplift Yourself": "Scraplift Yourself"
The idea is to pick a layout you've created in the past and scraplift it.

Here is my creation:

First the original (Created in 2010)  -

"You Belong With Me"

And now my lift -

"My Girl and Me"

If you don't know what scraplifting is, this is a perfect example!

You take an element or elements of the original and carry it/them over to your new layout.

As you see I carried over: the  paper ring, the square of paper I used as a photo mat, the photo corner and the placement of the title.  After placing my scraplifted items I went ahead and embellished the layout as I pleased.  This way the layout still had elements of the original but was not an exact replica. Although an exact replica would not have been bad! I mean if you find something that works, why not use it a 2 or 100 more times, right?!

Anyway...if you are a Scrapbook.com, please feel free to join in on the fun!
If not...well you can still take the challenge on yourself. If you do, please let me know. I would love to see what you come up w/!

BTW - in my quest to use up my stash - Everything on this layout, except the letter stickers in the title, is at least 3 years old! Even the Photo Corner punch is...although I don't know how old exactly.

TFSB!!

11/12/12 - "Childs Play"

Good Morning!
Today is the 4th day of my 4 day weekend.
I'm glad I'm off today but sad that it's my last day.

I had a productive weekend though:
  • I cleaned and organized my scrapbook room and scrappy supplies
  • I created 4 layouts
Today I am sharing one w/ you.

This layout I created for one of the November Challenges going on over at the "Child's Play" Blog:
Childs Play Blog: Sound of Music Challenge
The challenge is to be inspired by the movie "Sound of Music".
My mom loved that movie when I was growing up, but me...not so much.
However I was able to be inspired by one of the songs in the movies "These are a Few of My Favorite Things".  One of the "favorite things" in the song is "whiskers on kittens" so I used that as my title for a layout about our cat Panini:

"Whiskers on Kittens"

Funny thing, the tag I used to anchor my title actually says "A Few of My Favorite Things". That was not planned, I promise!
Well as is the usual w/ my days off, I don't have much time to spend blogging.
But I will be back tomorrow!
I will also be catching up on leaving blog love for the last 4 days!

Toodles!

11/08/12 - SIT Sketch #92

Good Morning!

Today Sketches in Thyme is revealing their first sketch for the Month of November.

 Here is the sketch:

And here is what I did w/ it:

"Boo-Yah"

Since it was assigned to us during October, I was in the "Halloween" mood so I decided to scrap a couple of pics of my daughter from Halloween of last year
I didn't really have a story to tell about these pics, but I made sure to include the important stuff:
  • the year
  • her name (especially since w/ the mask on you can't tell who it is!)
  •
I am a big advocate of journaling, but I think it's okay to skip it every once in a while.
And I made my title small so it wouldn't over power the pictures. It's in the lower left hand corner overlapping the double paper strip border and corner of the pic :  "Boo-yah!"
That wasn't actually the title I had in mind.
In fact I didn't have a title in mind! But I came across a "monster" sticker sheet in my stash and thought that "Boo-yah" was as good a title as any!

I used up some scraps and old product too:
The polka dot paper is a scrap piece and the yellow circle, light blue "chain" border, and circle clown hat embellie are all from that 8x8 pad of paper I shared w/ you last week; if you remember, they are approximately 10 years old. The letters used for "Madi" are over 2 years old.

And lately I have been in love w/ twine!!! I usually use it by tying it in a bow, but this time, because of the flourish in the sketch, I decided to kinda just let it coil itself around my layout. Just a little glue here and there helped to hold the shape and keep the twine from falling of the layout.
I think it came out pretty good, if I do say so myself!!!

Well, enough about me!
It's your turn!
Stop by the SIT blog to see the rest of the layouts created by my fellow DT mates and to enter your take on the sketch!
SIT # 92

This is the prize you could win:

Harvest Lane 6x6 paper pack

Be sure to link up your take on this or any of this month's sketches to the SIT blog by November 30th for your chance to win!

11/07/12 - "Baby x 3"

I know what you're thinking...
You're thinking I'm pregnant...
  with triplets...
Yikes!
No way!

With a 17 year old and a 10 year old, my baby days are O-V-E-R!!!
Over, over!!
(Did I mention they were OVER?)

But I did create a baby layout.
And I went way back w/ this one!

First the layout:
"Baby x 3"

Now let me explain what I mean when I say "I went way back w/ this one"...
See the baby on the left?
That is my husband.  He is only a few month old in this pic.
This pic was taken in 1977; the year he was born.
IDK the exact date but it was after August because August was the month he was born.
My mom-in-law gave me some old pics of my husband for me to have.  Naturally I wanted to scrapbook them.  I have 3 pages already done for his baby/toddler album; this is page #4.
I made the other layouts a couple of  years ago but I had trouble w/ this particular pic.  I'm not sure why other then it's a polaroid and I think the shape/size and the fact that it is a polaroid just kinda scared me.
So what prompted me to finally scrap it?
A baby challenge over at "Scrapbook.com": http://www.scrapbook.com/forums/showtopic.php?tid/1582193/
The challenge is to scrap a baby pic.
I have plenty of baby pics of my kids, but I remembered I had this pic and how much fun I had scrapping my husbands other baby pics so I decided, what the heck...I'm going to finally scrap this pic!
And I did...
And I love the layout! :0)
Guess it was just meant to be this time around!

Another reason I say "I went way back" is the items on here are OLD!  I'm sure you can tell by some of the "old -school" embellies! But let me give you  better picture of all the "old" stuff I have on here:

Some of the items on here are over 10 years old (My daughter wasn't even born yet!):
>the BG paper
>the "Baby" title die cut
>the bottle and pacifier die cuts

A Majority of the items are approximately 2 years old:
>the number "3" in the title
>the mini "1977" numbers
>the brown arrows
>the "memories" card
>the blue file folder
>the pink/blue pic borders

The newest item on here is the twine which is approximately 2 months old

So now you understand, right?

Yup, still trying to use up old stash...
It's definitely been a fun, interesting adventure!

11/05/12 - Weekend Highlights

My weekend was busy....
busy organizing!!
I decided to tackle a project that I had been avoiding for a long time: organizing my scrapbook layouts.

I have a stack of albums and a stack of layouts.

Of the albums, some are filled, some are partially filled and some are completely empty.
The layouts are in an unprotected stack on the top shelf of my scrap space in my office. They are like that because despite having bought albums in the past I actually don't like placing  my pages in them. I don't scrap chronologically so placing layouts in albums means having to constantly rearrange the albums.
I recently inquired from a friend and fellow scrapper, who also doesn't use albums, how she stored her layouts and this is what she suggested:

I ordered 2 of them for starters. But I didn't want to waste the albums I had already bought so I decided I would use those too. Once I decide this, I established a goal.
My goal was this:
  •  FILLED albums - leave as is or make minor changes to them based on what layouts I discover thru my sorting
  • PARTIALLY FILLED albums - fill them, again making minor changes to them based on what layouts I discover thru my sorting
  • EMPTY albums - assign a category to them and fill or at least start the "fill" process
  • LAYOUTS - Give them a home either in an album or a plastic 12x12 container
As you can see I had my work cut out for me!

First thing I did was look thru my albums and layouts and try to come up w/ categories based on what I took pics of the most.

A pic of my sorting process:

Here are the categories I came up w/ (I came up w/ a lot!):
  • Vegas*
  • Baby/Toddler Pics
Joseph*
Madison*
  • Professional Pics
Joseph*
Madison*
  • Birthdays
Joseph *
Madison *
  • School
Joseph *
Madison *
  • Disneyland *
  • Knotts Berry Farm *
  • Pumpkin Patch *
  • Halloween *
  • Christmas *
  • Hamsters *
  • Dogs *
  • Cat
  • La Jolla
  • Me - Book of Me
  • David
  • David and Me
  • David and Madison
  • Me and the Kids
  • My kids together
  • Summer
  • My Nephew/My Nephew w/ my Kids
(The stars indicate that I already have albums for these categories.)
I plan on buying more albums just because I would like to have at least one album in each category.
However, once I have filled each album, I do not plan on buying more. The excess pages will be placed in the plastic containers and the plastic containers will be categorized as well.
I found that each album only holds 20 pages.  However, I was able to place loose pages at the end of each album in order to fit more. Thos pages are not in page protectors, but I figure as long as they are in an album, they are protected.  I don't find it any different then the layouts being loose inside the plastic boxes.

I was unable to meet my goal, however I made a lot of progress (see pic below)!!!
This is a pic of the layouts that still have no home:

Big difference from what I started with!

And here is a pic of all my stuff organized:

Couple of things I learned throughout this process:
  • I'm glad I only have 2 kids (LOL!)
  • Not all 12x12 albums are "true" 12 x12. Some fit my layouts just fine, others I struggled w/ and once in, I wasn't able to lay my pages flat while viewing them.
  • Not all adhesive is alike.  Some of my layouts fell apart as I was sorting them or trying to place them in a page protector. This included items from manufacturers that were self-adhesive.
  • Date stamp really is my friend.  While trying to re-sort my kids' baby albums, I couldn't figure out which pics went where! The reason was because a lot of the layouts didn't have dates on them and that was due to the fact that the pics, especially my son's but some of my daughters, didn't have a date stamp on them. In the end I guess-ti-mated.
  • I will probably never be completely organized! Because I am not a chronological scrapper I will probably be needing to re-organize those albums over and over again! But I will try not to stress myself out to much about it.  I don't plan on re-organizing the baby albums though. It will take me the rest of my life to scrap all the baby pics! So those I will keep as is and place any future layouts in a container.
As I stated I didn't completely acheive my goal but I came pretty darn close! And, now that I have categories, when I scrapbook, I can slip my pages into any applicable albums and /or plastic containers right away instead of just having them placed in a stack, unprotected.
I'm happy w/ what I accomplished and as long as I am mostly organized, I  think all will be okay. Afterall, my kids loved looking at my albums when they weren't organized...they just enjoyed seeing the story of their lives being told, and in the end, that's what's important!!

Oh, one last pic - this is the first layout I created after the organization process and it felt great placing it into a "home" as soon as I was done w/ it!

11/02/12 - FlashBack Friday

Hi all!
It's Friday... in case you didn't already know.

Wanted to share this w/ you because it is such a blast from the past!

I was googling myself the other day...
(Yes, you read that correctly, and don't act like you don't do it... hahahahahaha!)
And I came across this old feature on "ScrapBookCircle.com", a kit club I used to subscribe to.
I had forgotten all about it!

I really enjoyed re-visiting it and I hope you enjoy it too!
